1. What BodyMap is

BodyMap is anatomy visualization and educational software. It accepts CT or MRI image data, runs an open-source segmentation model (TotalSegmentator), and returns anatomical structure measurements, downloadable 3D meshes, and a branded PDF. BodyMap is not a medical device, is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making, and does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and you must affirm that the scan you upload is of an adult patient (also 18+). You must have the legal right to upload the images you submit. Uploading scans belonging to another person without their consent is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

• You may use the service for personal curiosity, education, and research.
• You may not use the service to make clinical or medical decisions.
• You may not upload pediatric scans.
• You may not attempt to circumvent the de-identification, geo-restriction, or rate limits.

4. No warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the segmentation, the volume measurements, or any other output is accurate, complete, or current.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyMap and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in the 90 days preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

7. Governing law and arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration; class actions are waived.

8. Export and sanctions

By using BodyMap you represent that you are not located in, and you are not a national of, a country subject to U.S. or EU sanctions.
